About us

Lawrence Citizen is a long waited dream come true, located in Canada on Vancouver Island. LC was started in November of 2021,  but the dream of creating this brand began long before that. I always knew I wanted to design fashion and own a brand. We have new vintage drops every other Sunday at 10am pst.

& look forward to seeing more items sustainably designed by me in the future. 

As time went on and I began to appreciate clothing more and more, I found my love for vintage, secondhand and thrifting clothing. After thrifting my own wardrobe for years that’s when I created lawrence citizen. 

I knew I always wanted lc to be more than vintage clothing, this last year I attended fashion design school. I had a little bit of sewing experience from high school but I was eager to learn proper finishes and create proper fitting garments.

Learning about how devastating the fashion industry is to the environment, grew a new goal of having a sustainable brand. I have kept our packaging to a minimal while still working to give you guys a special experience. Our mailers are fully recyclable and reusable mailers. Most of our Mini Skorts we’ve released have all been made from second hand fabrics & handmade by me!
