Orders will ship within 1-5 business days of the date of purchase
As soon as your order ships you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order with tracking information.
For international excluding the US shipping all applicable customs fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customs authorities require that we state the value of the order directly on your package. It is the sole discretion of customs agents to release your package. We are not held liable for any customs fees in your country, holding times, or delays and fees due to incorrect shipping information provided.
For orders going to the US duties will be automatically estimated at checkout and will be included in your order.
Returns/Exchanges
Please note that our vintage garments may come with imperfections and distressing. We do our best to list and show any imperfections an item might have. We think these add to the character of the garment. All sales are final sale, we do not except returns or exchanges at this time for out vintage collection at this time. Please reach out if you have any questions or concerns regarding your order.
As for our Lawrence Citizen handmade collections, we offer exchanges/returns but the shipping cost is to be covered by the customer.
